You know how it is when people play cards they shouldn't, don't you. I know I do - someone on Friday, played a Q5 off against me - with my Pocket Kings! But, I waited for my victim - and the flop comes 2-3-Q. So, someone with his silly Q5 goes all in - and I couldn't call quick enough! Evidently, it is written in a rule somewhere that the people who play cards they shouldn't win, guess what came on the turn - you bet - another Q!!!!! And just to add insult to injury, a 2 is on the river giving Derrick the winning hand of a full house - Queens full of twos. That hand gave me a headache and reminded me once again on how much I hate this game!

So, I have to give a hearty congratulations to Derrick for his LUCKY win! His comments were "Good Dealing Mary - Tim Goes down." Another silly rule this game has is that Luck Runs Out! My suggestion would be to get here Friday and we can all watch Derrick luck run out the door! (If he wins again soon, I may have to eat my words!)

We are at it again this Friday, October 21, 2011 at 7:30 pm for our standard 20.00 game. Hope to see lots of you on Friday and Till Then . . .
