The Tournament of Champions was won by our very own Ed O. He was low-chipped at one point and then I had to go and give him a lot of my chips! That started his up swing and then with Jeef dealing, Ed got real hot in a hand against Scott. All I know is that Scott wanted to shoot the dealer - glad we make everyone check their guns at the door! Congratulations Ed, our reigning Tournament of Champions Champ! And we had a "regular" game at the same time. This game is played for the first seat to the next Tournament of Champions. One of our newer players, Chris H., took the second game by storm. By storm may be a little far-fetched - that game took forever! We had 10 people in each of the games - the TOC was done around 11:00 PM and the regular game went until 1:30, with Chris and Smitty in heads up mode! ( Smitty may have had something to do with it taking so long - he don't do anything quick! ) Nonetheless, Chris H. took first place and the first seat to the next tournament of champions!!!And I need to put a little bragging rights in here for PJ. See a few games ago, LJ won the tournament chip, but that game LJ and PJ did a CP (Chopped Pot) and they decided that LJ won the TOC Chip, which made him the VIP for the day. Got all that? Our old friend David has been here the last couple of weeks visiting and has brought us several new players. It is not often that I had 6 or more new players to my email list every week, so I wanted to thank David for bringing them over and welcome all the new players - you all can come here - with or without David. And we are back on our 20.00 game, this Friday, 7:30 PM. As always, you can RSVP and check out all the stats at:http://www.TechnoBiz.net/PokerHope to see lots of you on Friday and till then . . .PLAY WELL!!!Tim614-206-5524614-775-9066
